Roots & Fire — The Dishes That Raised Me

These are the dishes that formed my flavour language — smoky asún jollof, pepper-rich stews, soft pounded yam, leafy greens cooked low and slow, yam with egg sauce. Each plate carries its own rhythm and memory.

This project is a celebration of the flavours I grew up with, and the cultural backbone of my Afro-European culinary identity.
