From the Lomé Kitchen; Coming Easter 2027
A new Chef Dumebi kitchen is taking shape in Lomé, Togo. The space will support recipe development, intimate culinary experiences, photography and stories inspired by Togolese cuisine and the wider food traditions of West Africa.
It will also offer a new setting for The First Table, bringing together food memory, regional ingredients, cultural conversations, and recipes shaped by life across Lagos, London, and Lomé.
