🍳 Naija Suya Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp suya spice, or to taste
- 2 slices of bread
- Butter or margarine
- A pinch of salt & pepper
How to make it:
-Whisk the eggs with suya spice, salt and pepper.
- Cook the omelette in a lightly oiled pan.
- While the omelette cooks, toast your bread.
- Spread butter on the hot toast.
