Who can apply?
Applications are open to anyone aged 18 or over across Nigeria, including restaurant chefs, private chefs, caterers, home cooks, bakers, pastry chefs and emerging culinary entrepreneurs. You do not need a professional qualification or years of restaurant experience.
Applications are free. Applications close on 7 November 2026.
